Sinopsis: 
Gakukoku no Brynhildr Sub Indo Batch - Selama bertahun-tahun lamanya, Murakami Ryouta selalu dihantui oleh rasa bersalah setelah menyebabkan kecelakaan yang menewaskan temannya, Kuroneko.

Namun pada suatu hari, seorang gadis murid pindahan bernama Kuroha Neko yang terlihat begitu mirip dengan Kuroneko tiba-tiba saja muncul di kelasnya.

Meski sulit dipercaya, Ryouta tetap merasa curiga dan kemudian berusaha mencari tahu apakah gadis tersebut memang Kuroneko yang dia kenal.

Akan tetapi, ketika akhirnya berhasil mengetahui identitas asli Neko, Ryouta malah mendapati dirinya terlibat dalam perjuangan hidup-mati para penyihir, yaitu gadis-gadis korban suatu eksperimen rahasia yang kini memiliki kemampuan ajaib.
